Luminosity Conference
In a world of constant change, leadership requires fresh vision, innovative thinking, and a deep commitment to growth. This year’s Luminosity Conference is all about sparking imagination and equipping leaders with practical wisdom—because effective ministry isn’t just about what we do, but how we envision, steward, and sustain our impact.
Through powerful keynote/plenary sessions, dynamic workshops, and meaningful conversations, we’ll explore how to navigate challenges, maximize resources, and lead with confidence. Whether you’re shaping the future of your church, organization, or community, this is your moment to be inspired, equipped, and empowered for lasting influence.
Let’s dream boldly, lead wisely, and shine brightly — together.

Circle of Trust Retreat
FLOW: Exploring Inner and Outer Currents in the Spirit of Fallingwater.
More Info & Registration
In this Circle of Trust retreat, you’ll be invited to listen deeply to your own inner teacher within a trustworthy space. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s architecture and its integration of inner and outer worlds, we’ll explore our own inner and outer landscapes and open pathways for greater congruence, authenticity, and flow in our lives. Like Fallingwater, where structure and nature exist in a seamless dialogue, we will listen for the ways our inner truth seeks expression in the outer world—not through force or rigid design, but through the organic unfolding of what is present within us. There are a limited number of spots available, so register soon!
