Even in the church context, conflict seems to be inevitable. Being able to asses its gradations is critical in navigating the distinctive characteristics of church conflict. An introduction to developing healthy pastoral approaches to conflict seeks to work through it in order to contribute to the health and leadership of both the congregation and ministry.
